The main structure of the electromagnetic induction thermal assembly and disassembly equipment consists of two parts: a variable-frequency digital power cabinet and an electromagnetic heating wire assembly. Its working principle is to generate heat directly on the workpiece wound with the electromagnetic heater, fully converting electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the workpiece. It is applicable to bearing heating, pipe processing, thermal assembly and disassembly of large workpieces, welding preheating, diathermy forging, welding, quenching and heat treatment.
