Electromagnetic heating furnace
1. Working Principle:
Variable-frequency electromagnetic heating furnaces convert electric energy into thermal energy based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Inside the controller, a rectifier circuit converts 50Hz alternating voltage into direct current voltage, and then a control circuit transforms the direct current voltage into high-frequency alternating voltage with a frequency ranging from 6 to 25 KHz.
When the high-frequency alternating voltage passes through the high-frequency wire wrapped around a non-metallic pipe, the magnetic lines generated inside the rapidly changing magnetic field cut the metal container inside the non-metallic pipe and produce countless small eddy currents. This heats the water rapidly to achieve fast water heating.
