Ⅰ. Product Overview
The electromagnetic induction thermal disassembly and assembly equipment is mainly composed of two parts: a variable-frequency digital power cabinet and an electromagnetic heating wire assembly. Its working principle is that the three-phase power frequency power is inverted into a frequency-adjustable single-phase power by the variable-frequency power control cabinet, which is then transmitted to the electromagnetic heating wire assembly. The system adopts the TMS320F high-speed processing digital control system with fast processing speed. It uses electromagnetic heaters and workpieces wrapped with heating coils to generate heat directly, fully converting electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the workpieces.
It is applicable to a wide range of scenarios including bearing heating, pipe processing, thermal fitting and thermal disassembly of large workpieces, welding preheating, through-heat forging, welding, quenching, heat treatment, and small-scale smelting. It features wide adaptability, adjustable power, high power factor, energy saving and power conservation, easy operation, superior performance and reliable quality.
