
Induction Hot Air Furnace
I. Product Introduction
The electromagnetic hot air stove adopts the principle of induction heating to heat the alloy heating element to 100-300 degrees Celsius. A circulating fan blows cold or high-temperature air into the heating element, and the cold air turns into hot air after passing through the high-temperature pipe. It is controlled in three modes: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. Each junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device, and a double-support thermometer is installed at the air outlet to ensure uniform temperature distribution of the discharged air.
Each unit of the electromagnetic heating hot air stove consists of a heating device and a heating furnace body, enabling collaborative operation of multiple units.
II. Scope of Application:
Hot air equipment can be widely used in heating places such as factories, hotels, schools, households, coal mines and commercial venues, and can also be applied in the following fields:
① Drying of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, such as pseudo-ginseng, medlar, codonopsis root, siraitia grosvenorii, honeysuckle, galangal, medlar, etc.;
② Processing of vegetables, such as dried cabbage, chili, shiitake mushrooms, daylily, edible fungi, grains, seeds, Chinese sausages, bacon, etc.;
③ Drying of dried fruits and dry goods: tea, Chinese sausages, bacon, peanuts, melon seeds, candies, preserved fruits, dried dates, dried noodles, rice noodles, yuba, etc.;
④ Drying of aquatic products, such as sea cucumbers, marine fish, shrimp, abalone, etc.
