I. Equipment Overview
The fully digital electromagnetic melting furnace is an advanced and highly efficient electromagnetic induction heating and melting equipment on the market, serving as an excellent alternative to coal-fired, gas-fired, oil-fired and intermediate frequency aluminum melting furnaces.
This product adopts an advanced DSP control system, featuring fast computing speed, more precise control, green energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and reliability. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating, the equipment is equipped with electromagnetic induction coils around the crucible. When current passes through the induction coils, eddy currents are generated on the crucible wall, enabling the crucible to generate heat directly without heat conduction, resulting in almost no heat loss. In addition, advanced heat insulation and thermal preservation measures are adopted around the product to further prevent heat dissipation, thus achieving secondary energy conservation.
The equipment is mainly used for melting low-temperature metals such as aluminum, lead, aluminum alloys and tin.
