I. Overview of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Heater
Electromagnetic heating thermal oil heater, also known as thermal oil electromagnetic heater, is a new type of energy-saving special industrial furnace that can supply high-temperature heat energy under low pressure (atmospheric pressure or relatively low pressure). It is a once-through special industrial furnace which uses electricity as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier. A circulating oil pump forces liquid-phase circulation. After heat energy is delivered to heat-consuming equipment, the thermal oil flows back for reheating. This cycle repeats continuously to realize continuous heat transfer, raise the temperature of heated objects and meet the technical heating requirements.
II. Process Flow
The thermal oil induction heating machine consists of a system, induction electromagnetic heating main unit, induction coil, electrical control system, thermal oil circulation pump (kW) and magnetic conductive heater, forming a closed-circuit atmospheric circulation system with dual temperature control.
Thermal oil is injected into the high-level oil tank, then delivered via circulation pipelines to the induction heater by the circulation pump for heating. The heated oil is supplied to heat-consuming equipment and flows back to the heater through circulation pipelines for reheating, forming a closed loop to meet the heat demand of heat-consuming equipment. Add oil if the oil level in the high-level oil tank is low.
